- Full Government Name

- Physical Description

- Location of Arrest

Get As Much Info As You Can:

- Police Report Number

- Arrest Number

- Booking Number

- Date of Arraignment aka First Court Appearance

Where do you get this info from?

- Central Booking: Google “Police Department Central Booking” for the county you believe your loved one was arrested in.

Arraignment

- If didn’t get date from Central Booking, call the Prosecutor's Office in the county your loved one was arrested in.

- At the arraignment, you’ll find out a few key pieces of information:

- Charges against your loved one?

- The amount to post bail, if any?

Posting Bond aka Bail: Make sure to ask court personal where to go post bond and what form of payment?
